At Survivor Series, CM Punk stunned the wrestling community by making his WWE comeback for the first time in almost ten years by showing up following the WarGames main event. Punk will appear on SmackDown for the first time since his comeback on Friday night.
Raw general manager Adam Pearce announced on Monday’s show that he planned to extend an exclusive Raw contract offer to Punk for the following week. It remains to be seen if SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis would attempt to outwit Pearce, particularly in light of the fact that Aldis successfully convinced Pearce to sign the recently reinstated Randy Orton on Raw.
There are also two United States championship tournament matchups (Bobby Lashley vs. Karrion Kross, Dragon Lee vs. Santos Escobar), Charlotte Flair vs. Asuka, Randy Orton and LA Knight teaming up for a tag match against The Bloodline (Jimmy Uso & Solo Sikoa), and more on the bill!
