In Toronto, the Miami Heat defeated the Toronto Raptors in their twelfth game of the season. The Heat improved to 12-9 with a 112-103 victory over the Raptors.

Their record of 12-9 puts them in seventh place in the Eastern Conference of the NBA. After the game, Heat head coach talked on Caleb Martin’s performance and the team’s victory.

Erik Spoelstra, the coach of the Heat, stated, “You can see why he is always one of our biggest X-factors, because he brings a lot of things you can’t necessarily schema against.”

Caleb Martin made 9 of 16 shots for 24 points. Martin made four of his seven three-point attempts. From the free-throw line, he was 2 for 4 on hits. Martin also contributed three assists and 12 rebounds.

On Friday, December 8, the Heat will go to Cleveland, Ohio, to play the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Rocket Mortgage Field House tip-off time is set for 8 p.m. Eastern time.
