Although Chicago did not qualify for the playoffs for the third consecutive season, they performed well enough to persuade the organisation that significant changes might not be required. And that can provide an issue. Chicago will gain from a new leadership group, despite the allure to give head coach Matt Eberflus another chance to succeed. a particular one, that is.
