Boston needs to bolster its second base lineup as well. The Red Sox had trouble up the middle in the previous season, and they have been connected to a number of infielders to deal with the problem.
The young utility guy for the Chicago Cubs, Christopher Morel, has emerged as a potentially interesting trade candidate who could aid the team in both the outfield and second base, according to Zachary Rymer of Bleacher Report.
