Jabari Small, a running back for the Tennessee Vols, formally announced his departure from Utah on Friday by sharing an emotional letter on social media.
Small, who is still eligible for the 2024 NFL Draft, declared his intention to enter the draft.
Small had previously announced that she intended to withdraw from the Citrous Bowl, according to the Knoxville News Sentinel.

I would like to convey how this university has contributed to the uniqueness of my college football experience. This chapter is unique and distinct because of all of the love, support, and shouts over the previous four years. I gave it my all for Tennessee through all of the victories, defeats, injuries, high points, hardships, and challenges. I will always carry the pride and passion of the University of Tennessee with me as I embark on this new chapter in my life of pursuing my aspirations. Following extensive contemplation and prayer with my family, I will be filing to enter the 2024 NFL Draft.
