Sherrone Moore, sporting a new hairstyle, a fitted blue suit, and pink socks emblazoned with images of the family dog (a present from his eldest daughter), took the podium on Saturday to present his future plans. In the sixteen hours since he accepted a new five-year contract, Moore’s life has taken significant turns.

He now has to manage a programme that has just won a national championship, but it also has a number of problems that need to be resolved in the short and long term.

Though he has contributed to a successful plan for the program’s future as a Wolverine coach for the previous six years, his vision will be the main driving reason going forward. That’s what motivated him to balance the lessons learned from the recent past with the adjustments that will be needed for the future. It all revolves around three main stages: process, pursuit, and standard, which Moore wants his staff to learn as fundamentals.

“We have initiated the procedure already. We keep discussing the procedure over the award and the award itself,” Moore remarked. However, we yearn for more. We are now pursuing greatness, and in order to achieve it, you must strive, push, and exert yourself daily both on and off the pitch. You will then reach the standard as a result.
