Adam Driussi has been named Chairman by the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Football Club Board. John Khoury will remain an invaluable member of the Club’s corporate, community, and grassroots efforts in addition to serving as a Director of the Football and League Club Boards.
Speaking at the Annual General Meeting today, Mr. Khoury conveyed his appreciation by saying, “It has been an absolute honour to serve as Chairman for the past four years.” In this period, we earned record commercial sales, put together a new management team with success, and got funding for the new Centre of Excellence at Belmore. Under Phil Gould’s direction, we completely redesigned our football programme and developed new routes, and we welcomed Cameron Ciraldo as our new head coach. I think this is the right time to hand off the reins after helping to stabilise the Club and set it up for long-term success.
