Prior to Liverpool’s Europa League match against Toulouse, Ryan Gravenberch and Curtis Jones’ injuries were confirmed by Jurgen Klopp.

The two midfield players were absent from the traveling team and could not be seen in training on Wednesday afternoon.

Jones missed Liverpool’s Saturday draw with Luton due to “a minor fitness issue,” as This Is Anfield understood.

In a recent update, Klopp stated that the 22-year-old’s ailment is a hamstring strain.

The manager said, “Curtis had a hamstring [problem], not massive.”

“He will return after the international break, but not before.” Extremely poor quality hamstring

“When I took him off against Bournemouth, he didn’t feel anything,” the manager continued. “But when I came in the dressing room, he said he felt something.”

Ryan Gravenberch, who has started all three of Liverpool’s Europa League games this season, was unexpectedly left out of training on Wednesday and will not play against Toulouse.

Additionally, Ryan is questionable for Sunday’s game against Brentford, as stated by Klopp: “Ryan has a small knee ache.” He was already running on Wednesday, but this game was out of the question.
