Lando Norris scolds a journalist for making a “BFF” remark…

During the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix last weekend, Landorris No allegedly yelled at a reporter for referring to Max Verstappen and the McLaren driver as “BFFs.”

The 23-year-old made it perfectly clear to reporters that the Dutchman is not his “BFF”, despite the fact Verstappen has previously admitted that Norris is his “best friend on the grid”.

Even though Verstappen has acknowledged that Norris is his “best friend on the grid,” the 23-year-old made it very evident to reporters that the Dutchman is not his “BFF.”

Apart from the racetrack, Norris and Verstappen are frequently spotted together. They have also communicated with one another multiple times on the racing simulation game, which they both love.

It’s clear that the two drivers are friends because they both said earlier in the year that they hope to work together as partners in the future.

Given that Norris’ contract expires in 2025 and Verstappen’s expires at the end of 2028, this is more likely to occur at Red Bull.

Some even wonder if the three-time World Champion and the McLaren driver will compete under the new rules in 2026.

But Norris has shot down the claims that they are really close buddies.

“He’s not my best friend.” According to The Express, Norris urged the reporter, “Don’t ever say that again.”
