Kevin Stefanski And Andrew Berry Renews Contract For 2024 With Browns Worth…..

In 2020, the Cleveland Browns brought in General Manager Andrew Berry and Head Coach Kevin Stefanski to operate as a cohesive team. It’s crucial to remember that Berry was ultimately appointed general manager after Stefanski was initially hired.

Berry however does not answer to Stefanski. Berry is not Stefanski’s boss, despite their titles.

Jimmy Haslam’s ownership group is the direct boss of both the general manager and the head coach.

It was reported in 2020 that Berry and Stefanski agreed to marry their time together by signing five-year contracts. For the first four seasons of their partnership, the two had essentially been in sync with each other. It can be difficult to determine which news conference transcript is authentic while looking at one.

Both Stefanski and Berry are in the final year of their contracts as the 2024 season approaches. The former has won two Head Coach of the Year accolades and has had two playoff seasons.

Fans of the Browns will probably disagree on the two receiving extensions. While some saw the coordinated work, some of the challenges faced, and the performance on the field as indicators that Berry and Stefanski are the guys to be around long-term, many others were not on board with the hiring of either and were not persuaded by the outcomes.
