Five Reasons Michigan OC Sherrone Moore Got Sacked

Sherrone Moore, Michigan’s offensive coordinator, is getting his team ready for the skilled Alabama defense in the Rose Bowl of the College Football Playoff.

Moore discussed U-M’s preparations for the Crimson Tide with reporters on Tuesday afternoon.

Being able to accomplish that when we’re out on the road is a credit to our crew. And definitely doing that when I returned, even though I was gone. We therefore invested a significant amount of time in that process and feel comfortable with our structure, play, and pass-run capabilities. We are at a great place right now.

Regarding his anticipations the night before National Signing Day:

thrilled. I’m always thrilled about that. Bringing a new batch of kids into the family always excites me. Since we’ve known them for a while, we’re quite eager.

It’s just the work, work, work. Guys are working hard. The guys look forward to coming here each day. For this year, the coach has put together an incredible schedule. I am aware that J.J. mentioned something a few days ago. The guys are new, and the schedule has been altered from the previous few years. The boys are moving quickly while playing. The guys are putting a lot of practice into their violent, physical, precise, and high-level execution drills. We just did a walkthrough a few days ago. “Man, it feels like we’re in Pasadena already,” I exclaimed. Guys, though, are prepared to go. They just keep chipping away because they’re so excited.
