Chloe kitts Lands A Mega Contract Deal Worth $950M With Kentucky Wildcats this was made known by NCAA on Thursday.

The Kentucky Wildcats, who finished 24–39 in Kyra Elzy’s final two seasons as head coach, required a total overhaul.

Mitch Barnhart hired Kenny Brooks from Virginia Tech, where he qualified for the NCAA Tournament his final four seasons and made it to the Final Four in 2022–2023—exactly for that reason.

According to ESPN’s Charlie Creme, Brooks has put together a strong team very rapidly, and Kentucky is already ranked in his “Way-Too-Early Top 25” for the 2024–25 campaign.

Creme ranks Kentucky at No. 25, citing the team’s improved and recent roster as his justification.

With the addition of Brooks as head coach, the departure of nine transfers, and the addition of three new ones, Creme claims the entire program has been redesigned. “Having Georgia Amoore from Virginia Tech with him allows Brooks to participate in his first SEC season.”

Only three players from the original roster were retained by Kentucky; two were high school recruits and the other was a returnee. The other players were either transfer students or alumni of Brooks’ tenure at Virginia Tech.

With 11 guys currently on the roster, Brooks may yet add one or two more to complete the group. The squad is currently prepared to compete in the SEC and, ideally, for the SEC.
