Training camp has officially begun for the Cleveland Browns, with quarterbacks and rookies present. On July 22, they’ll start training in Greenbriar, West Virginia. This also implies that real football content will resume for our viewing, pushing out rankings items and other content.
But before we move on from rankings items, Pro Football Network’s Dalton Miller completed an NFL top-100 piece in which six players from the Browns were included. Here are the six players and Miller’s assessment of them.
Not only is Wyatt Teller a frightening run blocker, but he is also a mauler on the interior. Though his sporadic errors in pass protection prevent him from surpassing or retaining his ranking in the top 60 from the previous season, he was deserving of praise for three seasons in a row of outstanding interior line play.
In addition to relieving some of Garrett’s strain, Smith’s technical skill and strength in his hands could allow him to steal some production from the All-Pro. Smith is not among the list’s smaller, more flexible rushers. But because he is such a versatile threat, he claims to be able to routinely win inside, through, or outside of offensive linemen.
