Congratulation: PFF’s All-Big Ten Team is dominated by Michigan Football

Michigan is coming off its second undefeated regular season in a row. The Wolverines defeated Iowa in the Big Ten title game, and Michigan will compete in the College Football Playoff for the third year in a row, hoping to bring home the hardware. Following their outstanding performance on the field, the Wolverines produced several All-Americans. Guard Zak Zinter was voted a consensus All-American, while Blake Corum, Kris Jenkins, Mike Sainristil, and Mason Graham were also named All-Americans. Pro Football Focus named an All-Conference squad, and the Wolverines had the most players on their All-Big Ten team. The conference team featured five Michigan players.

The Wolverines got four offensive All-Big Ten selections: quarterback J.J. McCarthy, wide receiver Roman Wilson, centre Drake Nugent, and guard Zak Zinter. Michigan only had one defensive player: LB Michael Barrett. Kris Jenkins, Mason Graham, Will Johnson, and Mike Sainristil might all make the defensive team. Three of those players were All-Americans, while Johnson would almost certainly be a first-round pick if he were eligible to join the 2024 NFL draft.
