The Chicago Bears have fallen short against the Green Bay Packers for the tenth consecutive game. Nothing new here, since the Bears have only triumphed 14 times in the 60 previous meetings between these two teams (going back to the Brett Favre era of the Packers). That is the extreme lopsidedness of this rivalry.

It goes without saying that Bears supporters are angry and tired of constantly being pushed around by their fiercest opponents.

However, it’s comforting to know that the supporters are not the only ones who have mixed feelings regarding those cheeseheads up north.

Jaquan Brisker, a safety with the Bears, addressed the media on Monday following another disappointing season finale. While acknowledging that there was more that might have been done to win on Sunday at Lambeau Field, he also stated that he has “no respect” for the Packers.

This is said to have something to do with certain remarks and acts from the Packers’ victory over the Bears at Soldier Field in Week 1 of this season. Although we’re not sure what was said or who said it, Brisker is clearly offended enough to disclose it. He retweeted this tweet on his own page, further solidifying his quote.

In modern football, this is a component of the game that is frequently absent.

Guys are switching teams more frequently than in the past. The fact that the men taking the field and getting dressed might not be aware of the team’s past or even the rivalry with a certain squad is a genuine factor. But with Brisker, that’s not the case. Now that he is 0–4 versus the Packers, it is obvious that it means something to him and the supporters alike.

Jaquan, go after them. We’ve got you covered.

In the context of the NFL, opinions are readily available.

So I decided to give it a try.
One of the most significant offseasons in the Chicago Bears’ franchise history is currently underway.

They are the top overall draft pick for the second year in a row. They have another pick in the top 10.
