Last season, Joe Flacco gave the Cleveland Browns a feeling of vitality.

He was a major factor in the team’s success in the latter parts of the season and helped them advance to the playoffs.

Despite his achievements, Flacco was only signed for a single season by the organization, so his NFL future is currently in jeopardy.

Numerous supporters of the Browns, such as radio host Aaron Goldhammer, think the organization ought to have him return for the 2024 campaign.

According to ESPN Cleveland on Twitter, Goldhammer recently stated that his primary goal for the Browns’ offseason is to have Flacco return as the team’s backup quarterback.

Does the Browns’ decision to proceed with this maneuver make sense?

At the moment, Deshaun Watson and Dorian Thompson-Robinson are their two quarterbacks.

While Thompson-Robinson was occasionally an entertaining tale, Watson has had his fair share of injuries over the previous few years, and the organization hasn’t made a long-term commitment to him.

Even though Flacco is an older choice, his performance from the previous year inspired supporters to think about the possibilities.

The Browns may placate the fans by at least signing Flacco to a veteran minimum contract, even if it’s merely to serve as a backup.

Flacco might be able to work some magic for this squad throughout the season if he is given the chance to start.

Before the 2024 season, the Browns will need to make a number of crucial decisions, but they may choose to address their quarterback position as soon as possible.
