Columbus, Ohio – The conference announced on Friday afternoon that thirty-nine players from the Ohio State football team were named Academic All-Big Ten for their efforts in the classroom this autumn. Student-athletes must be on a varsity team, as confirmed by being on the official squad roster, have been enrolled full-time at the school for at least 12 months, and have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or better in order to be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection. Among Ohio State’s honorees are two who have achieved the distinction five times: long snapper Bradley Robinson, who has already earned two degrees, one in human resources management and one in finance, and graduate tight end Mitch Rossi, who is enrolled in Ohio State’s graduate programme in human resources management.
