The Packers seem to be settling in for another ten years of Hall of Fame quarterback play with Jordan Love, so the Bears need to make a big change. A competent coach who can structure an offence around a quarterback’s true abilities is needed in Chicago. No matter where he has been, Harbaugh has done that. In addition, he has ties to the team because he played quarterback for the Bears from 1987 to 1993.
