SADNEWS: A prominent Coach is to be sacked by the bears

The NFL coaching carousel has already begun with the firing of Brandon Staley by the Los Angeles Chargers, and the Chicago Bears are also expected to make significant changes in the coming weeks.

Matt Eberflus has faced extensive criticism and speculation, but the Bears’ recent improvements may be enough to keep the head coach in place for at least another season. However, offensive coordinator Luke Getsy’s script might be completely different.
“I don’t care if the Bears win their final three games. “There is no reason why Luke Getsy should keep his job [and] continue as the OC next year,” Haize said.

According to Bleacher Report, the Chicago Bears Central announced on Monday. “Luke Getsy once again shows that when the going gets tough, he tightens up as an offensive play caller.”

The Bears have 30 total touchdowns in 14 games this season, which is in the bottom half of the league (21st in the NFL).

More importantly, since Eberflus and general manager Ryan Poles brought Getsy in two years ago, quarterback Justin Fields has struggled to make the transition as a thrower and to play consistently. Fields’ developmental flaws have surfaced late in Chicago’s previous two losses, one to the Detroit Lions on November 19 and the other to the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.

The Bears led by double digits in both games’ fourth quarters before losing in the final seconds. They are the Bears’ only two losses in their last five games, and if they could hold on, they would be 7-7 and in the centre of the NFC playoff chase.
