Fans have been scanning the internet for everything related to Marvel’s Wolverine. Today on Reddit, we learn that some of the study photographs were based on a couple of WW2 buildings. Players are asking if we’ll see any flashbacks to the Wolverine period. With his extended life, there’s no telling where the plot might take gamers. Fans are obviously delighted that we may see a bunch of flashback montages from these deadly encounters. Others have pointed to the X-Men: Origins film beginning, which depicted Wolverine going through various iconic wars, as a probable source of game concepts.
Regardless, it’s not a guarantee that we’ll see any previous historical fights in which our protagonist may have been part. There have also been no further leaks indicating what the storyline for Marvel’s Wolverine would be. With the ransomware organisation holding these files, we may witness future leaks if no buyer is found or if Sony fails to pay the ransom to prevent these files from being exposed on the internet. It’s a waiting game right now, and if the entire plot ends up being released online, it might be a huge damage to Insomniac Games’ work on the project.
That’s not the only thing that’s been leaked about Insomniac Games. While there is no doubt a large fan base waiting to get their hands on Marvel’s Wolverine, the studio revealed other projects in the works. One of those projects appears to revolve on the Spider-Verse. A battle royale Spider-Man game is one popular theory for what this game could be based on. Of course, if any of these game projects are spoiled online before their scheduled release date, changes may be done.
