Potter has rejected the proposal made to him club’s hunt for a new leader after previously turning around its fortunes. Potter’s first stay was successful, and although it is unclear if he will return to the Amex Stadium, the club is considering his return.
Potter won praise for leading Brighton from a team that was always in danger of relegation to a Premier League team in the top half during his 40-month tenure.
