Taylor wed Sarah Sherman in 2008; Sarah is the daughter of former Green Bay Packers head coach Mike Sherman. Collectively, they are parents of four kids. Taylor has three siblings, one of whom is Press Taylor, the offensive coordinator for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
