On Thursday, Tennessee lost out on a five-star recruit. Five-star offensive tackle prospect Jordan Seaton chose Colorado over Tennessee and multiple other options. The 6 foot 5 inch, 287 pound prospect attends the Florida-based IMG Academy.
Seaton is ranked fifteenth in the class of 2024 by 247Sports Composite. He is the fourth-ranked player from the state of Florida and the best offensive tackle in the nation.
Seaton told 247Sports, “I think my favorite thing about that program is probably the head coach.” “He has a gold jacket on.” He is aware of its appearance. Shedeur understands how to get you into the league, as you can see.
The cycle’s highest uncommitted talent going forward was Seaton.
For the upcoming season, Tennessee will have Gerald Mincey and John Campbell at both tackle positions. But it’s clear that losing out on Seaton will be detrimental to the offensive line’s prospects. Bennett Warren, a four-star tackle, and Max Anderson, a four-star wide receiver, are still committed to Tennessee for the class of 2024.
