The main uncertainty surrounding the Las Vegas Raiders right now is whether owner Mark Davis will choose to reinstate interim head coach Antonio Pierce for the 2024 campaign.

In the next weeks, the topic will be explored frequently further. We polled our wonderful community members this week to find out what they thought Davis ought to do.
Most of our survey participants are patient and would prefer that Davis hold off on making his Pierce decision until the end of the season. 401 respondents, or 53%, of the 754 who took the poll, prefer Davis to wait. 331 people, or 44% of the total, believe Pierce has already demonstrated his suitability for the position. Only 22 voters, or 3%, think Pierce isn’t the right guy yet.
Voters, in my opinion, got this one right. There are still three games to play. Before making a decision, let’s see how Pierce, the Raiders’ 3-3 coach, finishes the season.
